Section 1 – Payment  

Credit card 

Your purchases can be paid directly on our website by credit card. 

Bank cards accepted: VISA, MasterCard, American Express  

 

EFT 

Your purchases can be paid directly on our website by bank transfer. 

You will receive an email with the bank details of latelierparis.co.za. 

We recommend that you give us your name and your order reference for transfer tacking. 

Your order will be taken into account by our services once your transfer has been received on our bank account.  

 

Once payment has been received and availability is confirmed, orders will be processed within 24-48 hours.  

An invoice number will be sent to your email to confirm dispatch from our facility. 

 

Delivery is typically completed within 3-5 working days from the time of order.  

 

By completing a purchase with us, you accept the legal obligations associated with the transaction, and your rights to refunds are governed by our terms and conditions.  

 

Once payment is finalized, it is considered that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions associated with your purchase.

Section 2 – Prices and Shipping Method 

Delivery  

We offer free delivery anywhere within the borders of South Africa for any purchase above R10 000. 

We will make use of Courier IT. Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. 

  • Delivery Time: 3-5 working days 

  • Days: Monday to Friday 

  • Free Shipping above R10 000. 

 

Pick-Up at L’Atelier Paris boutique  

Should you prefer a more personalized experience, you may choose to collect your order at our L’Atelier Paris boutique with the guidance of one of our advisers.  

You will be notified by email or phone when your order is ready for pick-up, and we will arrange a convenient appointment at our boutique.
