Return And Refund Policy  

Section 1 – Return  

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase, within 14 working days. 

 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the the original sales receipt and all certificates.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: L’Atelier Paris, Shop 243, Oceans Mall, Lagoon Drive, Durban 4320, South Africa. 
We recommends that you use Courier IT for all returns as it offers shipment tracking through a 9am to 5pm call center as well as insurance. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.

Section 2 – Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Section 3 – Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Purchases that have been customized in any way for you cannot be returned or refunded. This includes items that have been engraved or embossed. 

 

Section 4 - Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.  
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@latelierparis.co.za.
